Reading through this pages you can get your self familiar with my work, find thoughts and words of my philosophy and get a glimpse of my own self. The heartpiece of my work is mentoring and individual sessions where we create a container for you to meet your untamed self.

From time to time, I also offer events or retreats,

at the moment mostly in german.

I am aware that my website is a home to many words, and this at a time where most is expected to be quick and brief. Maybe you are open to immerse into it, seeing it as one complete organism, just as you are. Nothing wants to be separated here, it desires to remain whole - it is not important to grasp every word - what serves you will find you.
